Read-Write Inserting

The JETVision Express advanced vision technology kit anchors our inkjet and inserting capabilities and ensures integrity and quality during the process through video recognition technologies. The unit verifies a job’s sequence accurately and efficiently as it runs through the inserter, ensuring flawless delivery of variable documents.

The JETVision Express’ attached camera reliably reads documents’ and envelopes’ two-dimensional barcodes or OCR symbols as they move through the inserter. The corresponding software’s matching technology verifies that inserts are properly selected and collated. Any error found will immediately instruct the inserter to stop, allowing for instant correction of mismatches.

JETVision Express also offers read and print technology, allowing the inserter to interface with our Buskro printer module. The JETVision Express reads from the control document and sends information to the printer module, allowing for instant and accurate inkjet personalization of your variable documents.
